When you are not wearing your bracelet, store it in a cool, dry place; preferably in an airtight container, such as the zip-close bag you received it in. This will prevent your bracelet from becoming scratched, as well as preventing it from tarnishing. Wearing your bracelet often will also prevent tarnish.

If your bracelet should become tarnished, it is recommended that you use a soft sterling-silver polishing cloth to clean it. Do not use a silver cleaner or liquid jewelry cleaner on your bracelet. They can remove the antiquing (oxidation) from your letter blocks and beads, and discolor your beads.

It is recommended that you do not wear your bracelet while showering, swimming or cleaning, or otherwise let it become wet. The chemicals involved in these activities can damage the silver, and water can damage the beading wire.

Restringing or resizing:

Even with the best of care, normal wear and tear may cause the wire to eventually need replacement. LollyBeads can restring your bracelet for you to prevent breakage, or just to resize it for you. Your bracelet will be taken apart and completely re-strung. Charges are as follows, and include insured return shipping to you.
